By booking your Land Destinations & Tours via ANSURA VACATIONS LLC – (S.O.S. Entertainment), you agree to the applicable non-refundable deposits, installment payment plans, and related cancellation terms and fees.
INSTALLMENT PLAN: Monthly payments are available over a period of time, up to a maximum of 11 months. An initial deposit is required, followed by equal monthly payments towards the outstanding balance. Payments are generally due by the 16th of each month, beginning the month following your initial payment, unless otherwise arranged at the time of booking.
Final payment dates for other trips are determined based on the date of booking and the requirements of the applicable tour or travel provider. In general, the remaining balance will be due approximately 60 days prior to the trip departure date. Your specific final payment deadline will be confirmed at the time of booking.
If you do not pay in full at the time of booking, you will automatically be placed on an installment payment plan. Your credit card will be charged automatically on the 16th of each month or on another preferred payment date arranged at the time of booking.
If you wish to use a different credit card from the one on file, the change must be made before your next scheduled payment.
Your outstanding balance must be paid in full by the final payment deadline provided for your trip. Failure to maintain scheduled payments or meet the final payment deadline may result in additional charges and/or cancellation of your booking.
All initial deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing. No refunds are permitted after the applicable final payment date, subject to any applicable law or supplier terms.

By booking a Land Destination or Tour through ANSURA VACATIONS LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable cancellation policies, fees, and conditions associated with your reservation.
All initial deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits cannot be refunded, transferred to another traveller, or applied towards another trip, regardless of the cancellation date, subject to applicable law.
Cancellation fees vary depending on the tour operator, travel supplier, destination, and specific travel package booked.
The applicable cancellation fees and deadlines will be outlined on the individual trip page or communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellation fees may be calculated as a percentage of the total trip cost, depending on how close the cancellation occurs to the scheduled departure date.
Cancellations made close to the departure date or failure to travel (no-shows) may result in the forfeiture of up to 100% of the total trip cost, subject to the applicable supplier terms and relevant laws.

Any eligible refunds will be determined in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, supplier terms, and relevant laws.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, travel disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Coverage is subject to the terms and exclusions of the insurance policy purchased.

By booking your Themed Cruise via ANSURA VACATIONS LLC – (S.O.S. Entertainment), you agree to the applicable non-refundable deposits, instalment payment plans, and related cancellation fees stated on this website.
You are allowed to make monthly payments over a period of time, up to a maximum of 11 months. An initial deposit ranging from $200 to $500 per person is required, followed by equal monthly payments towards your outstanding balance. Payments are generally due by the 16th of each month, beginning the month following your initial payment.
If you do not pay in full at the time of booking, you will automatically be placed on the Royal Caribbean FlexPay Instalment Programme, where applicable. Your credit card will be charged automatically on the 16th of each month, as scheduled at the time of booking.
If you wish to use a different credit card from the one on file, the change must be made before your next scheduled payment.
Your outstanding balance must be paid in full on or before the applicable final payment date. Failure to maintain scheduled payments or meet the final payment deadline may result in additional charges and/or cancellation of your booking.
Initial deposits for Royal Caribbean (RCCL) and MSC Cruises are non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to the applicable fare conditions and supplier terms.
Travel Protection is available through Royal Caribbean (AON Insurance), the MSC Travel Insurance Programme, or Visitors Coverage.
In the event of cancellation after the final payment date, you must first contact Ansura Vacations LLC in writing by emailing info@ansuravacations.com.
If you purchased travel insurance through Royal Caribbean, Ansura Vacations LLC will contact AON on your behalf to assist with the applicable claims process.
If you are a NO-SHOW on the day of travel, you may not be entitled to a refund, except for any eligible port fees and taxes, subject to the cruise line's policies and applicable cancellation terms.

Ansura Vacations LLC does not provide separate liability insurance for the protection of individuals or groups booking travel packages through Ansura Vacations LLC, Soca On The Seas, or associated travel experiences.
Ansura Vacations LLC, SOS Entertainment, and Soca On The Seas may act as travel organisers and booking agents for travel experiences operated by independent suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, ground transportation providers, and tour operators.
By participating in these travel experiences, travellers acknowledge that certain activities may involve inherent risks, including those associated with transportation, excursions, recreational activities, and other travel-related services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ansura Vacations LLC, SOS Entertainment, Soca On The Seas, and their respective officers, representatives, and associated organisations shall not be held responsible for loss, injury, damage, delay, or other circumstances arising from events beyond their reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of independent travel suppliers.
Travellers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance that provides coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Ansura Vacations LLC and its representatives, when providing travel consultation, making reservations, and issuing travel-related documents, including airline tickets, cruise documents, hotel reservations, car rentals, and other travel arrangements, act as booking agents or intermediaries for the respective travel service providers.
Ansura Vacations LLC does not directly operate or control the services provided by independent airlines, cruise lines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, or other third-party suppliers.
Accordingly, Ansura Vacations LLC cannot guarantee the performance, availability, quality, or uninterrupted delivery of services provided by these independent suppliers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ansura Vacations LLC and its representatives shall not be responsible for acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or other consequences resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control or from the actions or omissions of third-party travel service providers.
All travellers are responsible for reviewing the terms, policies, and requirements of the respective travel suppliers associated with their bookings.
By proceeding with a reservation through Ansura Vacations LLC, travellers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable payment terms, cancellation policies, travel requirements, and conditions outlined above.
